Are your products handmade?

Yes, each Amael piece is entirely handmade. Small variations in color, shape or texture are part of its uniqueness and reflect the authenticity of the artisanal process.

What materials do you use?

We use Jesmonite, an eco-friendly, durable, and solvent-free material.
Each item is colored with natural pigments and sealed with a protective finish suitable for decorative use.

Are the pieces heat or water-resistant?

Our creations are resistant to light water exposure and moderate heat.
However, we recommend avoiding direct heat sources or prolonged contact with liquids.

Can I use them for food or drinks?

Amael products are not certified for direct food use.
You can safely place cups or glasses on them, but we suggest avoiding direct contact with hot or greasy food.

How long will it take to ship my order?

We usually prepare and ship your order within 2–4 business days.
Delivery times vary by destination: 1–3 days within Switzerland, 3–5 days for Italy.

Do you accept custom or made-to-order requests?

Currently, we don’t offer custom orders, but we’re working on limited edition drops.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your piece arrives damaged, please email us within 3 days at: request@amaeldesign.ch, and include a photo of the item and packaging.

We’ll work with you to find the best solution.

Can I return a product?

As our items are handmade, we do not accept returns due to change of mind.
If there’s an issue with your order, feel free to contact us and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Will I receive the exact item shown in the photo?

Due to the handmade nature of our pieces, slight variations in color or texture may occur.
Each item is unique rafted just for you.

How should I clean or care for my item?

Gently wipe with a dry or slightly damp cloth.
Avoid abrasive materials and do not immerse in water.

Can I send an item as a gift?

Yes! Just leave a note at checkout and we'll make sure your order is packed with care. Personal Gift messages are available for free upon request.
